The stakeholders of a business are those people who have an interest in the success of that business.
Who are the stakeholders of McDonalds?

5. Do all stakeholders want the same thing?
Sometimes stakeholders will have conflicting interests e.g. The local community might not want another McDonalds in their area but the owners of McDonalds will want to set one up so they can make more profit
