Best time to Purchase Regardless of fare class, flights will start to increase at 2 weeks out. Best time to purchase a flight is 60 days out. Best time to fly is mid-morning. A. Better choice seating available B. More availability for an upgrade if you have status on a particular airline

International Airlines
When booking directly through an international airline operating out of the U.S. watch for Credit Card Charge Fee’s. Orbitz.com sells through most carriers and charges a small fee. Take time to compare the two.

Seat Selection When traveling with a companion, always choose window/aisle combination Better chances the middle seat will remain open….. If the middle seat gets selected, the person sitting in the middle won’t complain about having to move to an aisle/window.
