New for 2010: Kaboomba Zumba Party TVAC Group – logged over 1,000 volunteer hours Tour Du Life, Beech Mountain Hill Climb XTERRA – Beech Mountain 10K trail race Three Peaks Challenge, America’s Most Brutal Cyclocross Race A Cool 5 Race Weekend: Record participation of 250 runners/walkers, 40% growth from 2009 to 2010. $12,718 Revenue

Outdoor Recreation Project Accomplishments
Emerald Outback Trails 2010 Highlights 7+ Miles of Trail Over 300 volunteer hours Riders from over 8 states Recognition on IMBA, SORBA , BMCC, BAC websites Hosted collegiate mountain bike race, featuring over 10 D-I schools Hosted first international series race, XTERRA 10k Parks and Rec. received help from the Beech Mountain Club and Public Works
