P3 Overview A unique collaboration amongst Wharton students, faculty, and staff A small group of peers who come together to explore what matters to them A valuable opportunity to connect with your classmates at a deeper and more personal level What p3 is: Full commitment to attend each session A willingness to share your story – a sincere effort to engage with your peers Openness to listen to others attentively and without judgement How you achieve it: Discuss what P3 is not: - Group Therapy or ”Therapy without the Therapist” - Career Counseling

The P3 Experience: What to Expect
Weekly, small-group sessions with a diverse group of peers designed to increase self-awareness through discussion of your Purpose, Passion and Principles Week Content 1 Success 2 Childhood, Family, Culture 3 Relationships 4 Crucible Moments 5 Happiness 6 Meaningful Work 7 Leadership Vision 8 Commitment

Weekly Sessions WEEKLY PREP SESSIONS Reading
Worksheet with exercises & questions SESSIONS Facilitated by a former P3 participant Approximately 2 hours long Attendance, openness, and curiosity are required at all sessions The P3 facilitators are previous participants who provide structure and guidance for participants through all 8 sessions. In addition to facilitation, they go through the program with their groups and read, prepare, and participate just like any other group member.
