Believe in themselves 2. Know that they can accomplish anything they put their mind to. 3. Do not criticize themselves (see conquering self-sabotage) 4. Remind themselves of past successes 5. Reframe mistakes as opportunities to learn & grow

3 Self-Awareness Always asking yourself, do I do this? Does this sound like me? How am I doing with…? How do I learn best? Do I have these traits?

13 Fear Fear is just an unpleasant emotion.
That’s it! There are a ton of other unpleasant emotions, but for some reason this one can stop us from really becoming what we want to in life. It stops us before we start. If you want to have an amazing 2015 and beyond you need to find a way to fight your fear.

14 Fatigue Fatigue is a subjective feeling of tiredness. It can have physical or mental causes. Physical fatigue is the inability of a muscle to maintain optimal physical performance. Mental fatigue is a decrease is the inability of the brain to maintain a clear and coherent thought process.
