Absence of Trust: We couldn’t trust our team members to communicate and be available for meetings
Fear of Conflict: No one wanted to critique project ideas or team member commitment
Lack of Commitment: We focused on our individual work and CLAP was not a priority
Avoidance of Accountability: We weren’t communicating with each other to see what was getting done and what wasn’t
Inattention to results: No progress was made between weeks 2 and 5

As a team, we would like to create an event to foster a sense of community and instill the value of service for DU performers while bringing attention to an often forgotten about group of people in this case elders.
