2 Vision Built with the intention of transcripts with all segments in California Use a standard Data Dictionary for file upload / downloads PESC XML and EDI standards No need to re-create hand-shaking protocol with each and every trading new trading partner Provide secure web-based transcript exchange system between all California colleges and their trading partners

Designed to ultimately interface with: Degree audit systems ASSIST articulation data repository Document imaging systems Approved transcript request services such as NSC, Credentials CaliforniaColleges.edu to take requests from students and provide transcripts to their portfolio and student plan
