What about those that fall in the middle?
Introvert: Prefer peace, solitude and quiet time. It is often draining for these individuals to be around a lot of people. Extrovert: Drawn to people. These individuals get energy from social gatherings and are very outgoing. What about those that fall in the middle?

Discuss these three questions…
Do you struggle with the labels introvert or extrovert? Do you crave alone time but also love people? Do certain situations make you feel outgoing, while others make you feel quiet and reserved?
