Urbanization 3000BCE
They had worked out how to employ drainage and irrigation

3. Language
There was a formal writing language but it has not yet been translated successfully
They would later develop Brahmi and Kharoshsti

4. Society would collapse
Prolonged drought of the rivers destroyed the economy and much of the civilization was left in ruins around 1800BCE
Around 1500 BCE some nomadic cattle herders entered the valley and redeveloped much of the land. Some archeologists believe these nomads may have destroyed what was left of a feeble society.

5. Beginnings of Indian Culture
These nomads, called Aryans, brought Indo-European languages to the region
Practiced the Caste system
Early examples of Hindu gods
