What would you do? Alexander Chisholm, a citizen of South Carolina, sued the state of Georgia in the Supreme Court to collect a debt for his deceased client for whom he was acting as executor. Georgia refused to appear, claiming it was sovereign, and could not be sued by citizens of another state. With the Constitution as your guide, what would you decide?
