Label should be Automatically updated as per change the Layer description.
Label should be annotate even Xreferece or block object.
Example:
a) If Layer name Ex-Ground (for short cut method) then Layer Description should be write as Existing Ground.
Proceedure:-
1. Command :Mleaderstyle (Micro station) and Set Scale as per drawing.
2. Command: LLBD
4.Select object.
5. Pick point for leader starting .
6. Pick the point for placement the text.
