Integrated care home quality monitoring Work continues to promote Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation Of Liberty Standards Primary care recording of incidents ‘re-launch’ Finance All business rules achieved Strong financial performance - delivered core1.0% surplus (improvement from 14/15) Plus an additional £1m surplus Smooth accounts close down
