Please Note: According to The Israeli Immigration Laws a preliminary condition for an applicant to regard as an Expert in Israel, is that the monthly salary has to be twice the average salary in Israel. (approximately 17,000 NIS/4800 $) Documentations for the first stage – DCLO Contact the assignee and client/employer with advice of actions and documents needed from both the assignee and dependents (family members). Preparing the Work Permit Application for Foreign Experts - DCLO Check and collect all required documents and preparing the application for submission to the Israeli W ork P ermit U nit ( WPU ) Submission to the WPU – Upon submission: Follow up on progress of applications and inform assignee and client/employer of work permit approval. Approval within 3-4 week.

Documentations for the Second Stage – Upon submission of the work permit application DCLO Contact the assignee and client/employer with advice of actions and documents needed from both the assignee and dependents (family members). Preparing the B-1 Work Visa Application for Foreign Experts - DCLO Check and collect all required documents and preparing the application for summation to the Israeli M inistry o f I nterior ( MOI ). Submitting the application to the MOI - Upon Approval of the work permit – DCLO submit the application to the relevant MOIs office. Invitation to the relevant Israeli Consulate abroad - Upon approval of the visa application, the MOI sends a confirmation notice to the relevant Israeli consulate abroad.

Interview at the relevant Israeli Consulate abroad – following the Interview the consulate issue a temporary B-1 Work Visa for Experts which is valid for one month. Entering Israel- The assignee and dependents (in case they are joining) arrive to Israel and get the extension B-1 work visa valid for one year at the Ben - Gurion Airport in Israel as well as the B-2 visa for the dependents. Multiple Entry Visa – upon receiving the confirmation form the assignee and client/employer, DCLO applies for a Multiple entry visa at the MOI in Israel.

Submit Work Permit Application to the Work Permit Unit ( WPU ). Approval Within 3-4 week Submit B-1 Working Visa Application for Foreign Experts to the Israeli Ministry of Interior (MOI). 2-3 weeks Consular processing at the relevant Israeli Consulate abroad. 3-4 weeks Entering Israel and issuing an Extension and Multiple Entry B-1 Visa for Experts. 3-4 weeks
