Stephen answers the charges of the Council
History and Hatred Stephen answers the charges of the Council Are you about the truth? Do you like to spare details or lie so people will take your side? Truth is often used by God as a light that exposes the darkness of the human heart. When a hard heart is exposed to truth, anger will often ensue; It is a dead give away. Light cannot know darkness, it can only penetrate it and reveal what is hidden it. 1Jn 1:5-6 This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. (6) If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth.
