RMR will be obtaining ambulance service at HPR through with Western Ambulance
Control, Equipment, Grid and Tech Inspection (at the track) will have to register in a special section of Motorsportreg.com
RMR will be giving Motorsportreg credits to Event Chair, Registrar, Control, Grid, Equipment, Tech Inspection (at track), CDI’s and NDI’s
RMR will not be allowing 2 driver cars in DE’s when both drivers are first time novices.
RMR will not be allowing 3 driver cars in DE’s
At HPR RMR’s Container is Orange and the combination is….

New Budget Planner
New limits on the number of drivers in the novice group, 30
Deferred billing on DE’s through motorsportreg
Event takeaway and/or Sat Dinner depends on Sponsorship or a la cart pricing or fee increase
Due to HPR contract we must provide our own Beer 30 “food” at the track or use the HPR concession vendor, no outside vendors. However, RMR has a waiver that allows the delivery of ice and water and Byers General Store has given us a cost estimate.
Fees have changed to make the co-driver fee the same as the driver fee for HPR DE’s
Fees for the April DE are $ 260 – two days, $180 – one day
For planning purposes for the June DE use the same fees as April DE
For planning purposes for Autocrosses use the 2014 rate of $40

First thing at track be sure the gate keepers are having people sign HPR and RMR waivers from like noon Friday on…
Last thing at track be sure to pick up the RMR waivers from the gate keepers…
At Golden track there will be waivers for RMR and the CSP, we take both and mail CSP waivers to them…
