3. Budget Report Highlights
Total Revenue increased 9% in 2015 and should be up another 2% in 2016.
Net income in 2015 was a record high of $75k, but will be closer to $20k in 2016.
Increases in wages and benefits plus an increase lease expense more than offset the increase in income.
Cash reserves still over $170k, but could be reduced by the irrigation project to around $100k.
With the new debt service and dues increase, a breakeven cash flow is achieved at around 257 members.

5. Launched the irrigation and pump house replacement project with completion tentatively scheduled in early 2018
Implemented “The 13th Payment an Optional Act of Generosity”
Established new position of Member Services Manager and hired Zeb Burki for this position
Purchased a used beverage cart through a generous donation from Carl Corbaley
Maintained strong membership numbers with little downturn during early winter season
Purchased a used rough mower from Lipoma Firs Golf Course
Completed a new drainage system to prevent further flooding of the clubhouse basement
Celebrated Ben Nelson achieving official election to Class A Membership as a PGA professional
Purchased new patio furniture, stove, refrigerator, microwave and lighting for the clubhouse
