Click: Respond

4. Self Assessment Scores
Enter a score for the indicator (4 is at the top and 1 is at the bottom)
Check off the pieces of evidence based on the attached document
Click: Next
Repeat for each indicator

5. Self Assessment Scores
You can’t skip the narrative question, but until you have this completed type something into the box as a placeholder
You will want to type your narrative into Word. Then cut and paste it into the narrative box with an extra row spacing between the paragraphs
Spell out ALL acronyms the first time they are used for each standard’s narrative (Examples below)

School Advisory Council (SAC)

6. Self Assessment Scores
Click PDF to review formatting and scores
Click Complete once you have entered your scores, checked off your evidence, finished your narrative, and reviewed your document
