2 R-Reach Develop videos ,blogs and social media presence with the brand advocates. It is better to promote the products through the brand advocates (i.e indluencers) as compared to promoting through celebrities. On Instagram the product should be endorsed by females from age group years who have more than 5000 followers on Instagram and are not celebrities. Promote the product through different blogs and different TV shows . Ads can be run on facebook and Instagram dor initial awareness. Check the progress by checking unique visitors creating revenue goals

4 A-Act This step is to make the customer stick to the site.
The exit routes of the audience should be checked and the exit gates should addressed as they are the pain points. Constant split testing should be done to get better results and getting the consumer to provide desired results. Retarget the ads to the consumers who showed interest during awareness using tools like facebook pixel, etc. Keep the awareness campaign working so as to constantly expose to new audience. It is all about finding new ways to keep audience on the site. It could be forum, blog, community, etc.

6 C-Convert The start to end route to purchase the cream would be very simple. There would be placement of buy buttons on important locations on the site. The checkout process would be simple where sign up would be optional for easy check out. Testimonials of usage of the cream would be used to gain credibility. There would be multitude of call to action on various platforms after the content. For example CTA at the end f articles on the blog.

8 E-Engage Get the previous users of the cream to five testimonials.
Quick reply to comments on the cream. Provide loyalty points to customers for offers. This would retain the old customers. Solve queries of customers. For example how to use, best time for usage, etc. Post various contests and sweepstakes to engage the customers and even their circle.
