5 Referral Results We started the project with a baseline of pts already referred (including all races). Thwe baseline is Q2 and Q3 of 2016. As of March we had referred an additional 182 pts (All races) from Feb-March for a cumulative total of 536 Next slide will break down referrals among Hispanic and Non-Hipsanic pts.

6 Disparity Results Our disparity rate at baseline was about 7.5%. Goal was to decrease by 1% This is basically a moving target since other ethnicities are constantly being referred along with Hispanics. As you can see the disparity gap is getting wider.
