Invasive species are organisms that were introduced to a non-native environment where it has become harmful to other wildlife. For example, Oregon’s bullfrog population.

High reproduction rates High tolerance for the surroundings Good competitor for food source Fast growth rate High dispersal rate And more…

How? Pets that are transported in end up escaping and reproducing.
People transport plants that end up spreading out. Sometimes there are animals brought in on purpose….. Like Scotch Broom to the Oregon coast European Starlings to N. America
