11. Tasks to Accomplish Today:
In small groups, share your draft of the INTRODUCTION to your school-level literacy plan. (See questions on next slide.)
In small groups, discuss the details around setting GOALS at your building.
In small groups, discuss the details around ASSESSMENT at your building.
In large group, share out ideas about how buildings will set GOALS and manage ASSESSMENT.

Remember, school-level literacy plans are a tool for sustainability. Don’t focus discussion on what you are doing this year with Reading First funding. Instead, focus these plans and the discussion on how you will do things in your building next year without funding.
