DT Land Sale Redemption
Delinquent Taxes Parcels Search By: Parcel Number, Party Name, Trustee Receipt Number, Property Address, District, Map, Control Map Number, Land Sale Number, Public Utility Number, or Scheduled Sale Date Tax Type: Change to ALL Click Find Now Double Click on the Parcel to be Redeemed

Options > Land Sale > Double Click on Bidder

I prefer to write down the Amount Owed and Bid Amount for receipting purpose, especially if there is an Overage Amount

Tasks > Receipting. There is no case associated for the parcel
Tasks > Receipting There is no case associated for the parcel selected or no monies are due for parcel Click OK

Batch: Confirm batch date is correct
Type: Change to DT REDEMPTION Receipt Date: Defaults as today’s date Party: Parcel: Click on Parcel Hyperlink Search By: Parcel Number, Party Name, Trustee Receipt Number, Property Address, District, Map, Control Map Number, Land Sale Number, Public Utility Number, or Scheduled Sale Date Click Find Now Select Parcel in Land Sale Calculation Date: Defaults to today’s date Disposition: Receipt Amount: Click + beside Parcel Number under FEES Click + beside DT Redemption Fee

Enter Receipt amount as $ 215.59 Click Next

Receipt as normal Click NEXT

Confirm Completing Receipt screen is correct Click Finish

Transfer the DT Land Sale overage to pay back to the bidder if there was an overage Please complete TRANSFER before you write checks so the bidder will get his entire amount plus interest!!!

If there wasn’t DT Land Sale Overage you have completed the Redemption Process
