3 “Daniel Goleman defines Emotional Intelligence as “the way we handle ourselves and our relationships". He believes Emotional Intelligence has four domains: Self-awareness - knowing what we are feeling and why we are feeling it.  Moral compass  (knowing right from wrong) Self-management - handling your distressing emotions in an effective way Empathy - knowing what someone else is feeling Skilled relationship - putting together all three of the domains.  Getting along with others.  Having good interpersonal skills Let’s measure your emotional intelligence by taking an EI quiz What does the EI quiz say about you? Self-regard – the ability to respect and accept oneself as you are. Self-concept – the image we have of ourselves.
