6. Reserved Net Operator Hosting
This feature allows you to request a Net Conferencing Specialist to provide event support services during a net conferencing session on your behalf.

7. Net Replay and FTP File Download
Extend your reach with Net Replay. Verizon will record and host the replay of your meeting. Participants will be able to view and hear your meeting from their PC at their convenience
FTP File Download allows you to download the Net Replay
Both are available to the leader via an Advanced Recording File (ARF)*
Net Replay is a self serve feature does not require operational assistance to retrieve it
Cisco WebEx Event Manager software download is required for all participants to attend event and the WebEx Player will be required to view the replay.
If end-users do not have administrative access to their PCs, your IT organization will need to obtain software from the Conferencing Portal and do a push to your PCs.

8. Manage My Meetings
A Manage My Meetings account allows you to access your net and audio conferencing services all from the same portal.
Required to reserve/start a Reserved Net meeting on the WebEx Event Center service and to access the Replay.
If you do not have a MMM account, continue to use Microsoft Live Meeting in the short term.
