H onesty Be honest towards coworkers and yourself.

I nspirational 2 Inspiring those around you can benefit you and your coworkers. Use quotes, small gifts, or just a smile to help inspire others. Doing this can also allow opportunities that can lead you to bigger and better things. Meghan Livingston 8/12/2015

J ealousy 2 Always avoid being jealous in the work place.
Being jealous can distract you from your task at hand causing you to lose focus on your job. Jealousy never granted anyone with opportunities worth taking. Meghan Livingston 8/12/2015

M anagement Be sure that you manage your time WISELY.

O bserve Be aware of the environment around you.

P olite 2 Don’t be rude and behave in a proper manner.

Q uestions Don’t be afraid to speak up and ask questions.
Whether you don’t understand or may have not heard correctly, always ask questions. By asking you can have a better understanding on what you’re doing or what may be going on. Meghan Livingston 8/12/2015

R eliable Stay true to your obligations.

T eam Work When on a team always be willing to work with others.

U unique 2 Show your inner self and don’t be afraid to be different.

V erbal Communication When speaking be aware of your tone and volume.

Summary Using the ABC’s of employability can help you be successful in whatever profession you pursue. These skills will allow you to have a better rate of success and cut out any signs of failure. You will be prone to receiving many opportunities that many don’t see in a lifetime and I must say that’s pretty good.
