Red Team Purpose Red Team evaluates the proposal as if they were making the award Red Team answers the following questions: Does the proposal present a fully realized technical and management solution? Is the proposal compliant with all sections of the RFP? Is the proposal responsive to the customers requirements? Do the graphics send the right message? Are the discriminators placed in appropriate places throughout the proposal? Have we provided the right message in the proposal? Will this be the winning proposal?
