5. Mass vs. Gravitational Force
The greater the MASS of the planet the greater the GRAVITATIONAL FORCE Mass Increasing = Gravitational Force Increasing
Jupiter’s mass is greater than Earth’s mass, therefore Jupiter has a stronger gravitational force than Earth.

6. Distance vs. Gravitational Force
The CLOSER the planet is to the sun, the GREATER the gravitational force.

7. Therefore:
Gravitational force between the sun and the planets depends on: -Mass of the planet. -How far Apart sun and planet are.

8. Gravity:
-Keeps the moon in its orbit. -Earth revolves (1 revolution= 1 year) around the sun along with all the planets. -The Moon orbits earth (this is called a rotation, which takes 24 hours/1 day)

9. Oxygen:
Is needed to survive a trip to the moon.
