Serious injury to any person or any loss of consciousness $500 or more damage to a property Does not refer to the UAV

4 Serious Personal Injury
A serious injury is an injury that qualifies as Level 3 or higher on the Abbreviated Injury Scale (AIS) It’s a Level 3 injury if the person requires hospitalization even if they are expected to make a full recovery Level 4 is severe Level 5 is critical Level 6 is a nonsurvivable injury

5 Property Damage The FAA considers property damage to be high enough to report when either of the following are true The cost of repair (materials and labor) exceeds $500 The fair market value of the property exceeds $500 in the event of total loss
