5 Getting started in pageup
Log into PageUp by selecting the orange box on the Talent Management Resources webpage. As the

6 Path to candidates 1) Select the link next to the “Search Committee Review” box from the main menu. 2) Select “View Applicants” next to the appropriate position.

7 Review candidate profiles
Search Committee Review (New) Candidates who have COMPLETED applications will be statused as “Search Committee Review (New)” Select a candidate’s name to review their profile and application

8 Review candidate profiles
Select “Form” to open the application and view the uploaded documents.

9 Update candidate to active status
*After review and discussion with Search Committee* To move a qualified candidate to the next status: 1) Select current status to open options 2) Select the next appropriate status 3) Select “Next” Confirm Status Change box will give you an option to the candidate. The template is blank. “No” is automatically selected in order to prevent any communication from being sent to the candidate. Select “Move Now.”

10 Update candidate to terminal status
Use the same path to move a candidate into a Terminal status (Candidate is no longer being considered for position): 1) Select current status to open options 2) Select the next appropriate status 3) Select “Next” Terminal statuses require a reason for non selection before moving candidate. notifications will be sent to the candidate. 4) “Move Now”

11 Final candidate Final candidate(s) will be presented for hiring decision to Hiring Supervisor. To submit an offer contract/letter, please see “Offer Approval” training on the PageUp Training & Resources Web Page. Once a candidate accepts the offer. All other candidates must be moved to a terminal status to close the search.

12 This completes the process of updating the candidate status.
