3. Things to pack
Honors Band – Don’t forget black shoes and socks for concert uniform
Phone Charger
Plastic bag for phone/belongings if you plan on riding water rides
Toiletries for overnight
Suitcase for overnight items and smaller bag for bus
Extra money for souvenirs/drinks/extra food at the park
Clothes for Fiesta Texas – Hutch Shirt (temperature will be in the mid 70’s)
Pillow and/or Blanket for bus ride (might be cold on the way back)
Sunscreen/Hats (we will be outside for most of Saturday)
Headphones for listen to music/watching movies
Comfortable/Appropriate Shoes for walking around the park
Movies for the bus
Water/Water Bottle/Snacks

6:00AM – Meet at Hutch Band Hall and Load Buses
6:30AM – Depart Hutch
8:30AM – Arrive in Sweetwater – Restroom Travel America (restroom ONLY, no purchases)
8:45AM – Depart Sweetwater
11:15AM – Arrive in Junction – Lunch Break
12:15PM – Depart Junction
2:30PM – Arrive at Tobin Center
2:30PM – 3:00PM – Unload and change into concert uniforms
3:10PM - Warm-Up Begins
3:40PM – Performance/On stage review immediately following performance
4:45PM – Depart Tobin Center
5:00PM – Arrive at Rainforest Café (111 W. Crockett St., San Antonio, TX 78205)
5:30PM – 8:00PM – Dinner and small group sightseeing on Riverwalk
8:00PM – Depart Rainforest Café for Holiday Inn San Antonio Int’l Airport
8:15PM – 9:30PM – Check into rooms/relax
10:00PM – Room Check/Lights Out
