support GA preparation in 24 countries approved R5
Skill NTP managers to be PR in phase 2 or R6
Prepare coordinated TA answer through RO/CO, partners (GIST TB)
Prepare 3 generic courses for the 3 diseases

Grant implementation day 4-5: unit 12-15: implementation, bottleneck, phase 2 preparation
+ 3 TB issues: GLC, assessment MDGs, ACSM
Presentation, Q&A, exercise, gameplay
