5 Estimating Exercise Planning Poker Bucket Estimating
Discuss stories to understand Team member displays card Team discusses highest & lowest Team agrees estimate Place bucket card in line on table Select 1 story card & place on 8 Team choose 2 more and discuss whether higher or lower than 8 Recalibrate if necessary Team divide remaining stories and place silently in buckets
