126 Tariffs Management (Wholesalers)

127 Today’s agenda Wrap-up Authorise a Tariff Create and Delete Upload
Introduction

128 Tariffs are a critical element of the water market as it where the money comes is involved
Tariffs are associated back to the SPID and will be set at levels according to the relevant parameters Tariffs in combination with consumption will be used for settlements and reconciliations The system functionality currently contains what is known as Tariffs Lite In this session we will look to cover: uploading tariffs creating a tariff deleting a tariff authorising tariffs

129 Demonstration Uploading Tariffs Background
To date tariff uploads performed by Data Partner Can only be uploaded with the status Draft or Verified Only Verified statuses can be Authorised Tariffs must be Authorised to make them usable within CMOS Navigation to the Tariffs functions is through the Settlements menu Demonstration Uploading Tariffs

130 Demonstration Create a Tariff Delete a Tariff Background
Create functionality is currently very limiting Navigation to the Create Tariff s button is via the Search Tariffs screen Navigation to the Delete tariff button is from the View Tariff screen Demonstration Create a Tariff Delete a Tariff

131 Demonstration Authorise Tariffs Background
The Authorise function can only be performed by a Wholesaler’s Contract Manager Navigation to the Authorise tariffs button is via the Search Tariffs screen All tariffs that have the Verified status will be Authorised Authorisation Code Demonstration Authorise Tariffs

132 System functionality is Tariffs Lite
Explanation and Demonstration of Uploading Tariffs Navigate to the Search Tariffs screen where you find the Upload button Select and your XML file with your tariffs (appended) Creating and Deleting a Tariff Create Tariff functionality is very limited in Tariffs Lite Navigate to Search Screen (Create) or View Tariff Details (Delete) Demonstration of how to Authorise Tariffs Navigate to the Search Tariffs screen for the Authorise Tariffs button Authorisation Code Only Verified tariffs will be set to Authorised for use in the next tariff year.
