7. 2008 to 2011 Goals
Attain a 95% retention rate in both Recreation and Competitive programs (establish measurement process in 2008)
Develop a first-rate facility for soccer by 2011 that includes premium playing surfaces (current surface is grass, future surface of artificial turf), lighted fields, state-of-the-art headquarters and efficient parking
Continued enhancement and expansion of the Referee Development program, as it strives to be the best program in the State of RI
Implement a Coaching Development program that attains a greater than 75% OSS certification** for Coaches in the Recreational program and 100% of Coaches in the Competitive Division that meet or exceed the age-specific license requirements
** OSS to develop certification guidelines
