The first site was up by the launch of the Programme May 2, 2011 All projects were asked for criteria and functionalities, Dissemination Working Group has served as the ongoing forum The new design was presented in August 2011 and comments collected The current site is based functionally and graphically on the guidelines and comments received from the constituency The community is strongly involved in automated and proactive information collection Project presentations News, Blogs, Showroom, Tweets Discussion groups in LinkedIn Intranet for document search and virtual meeting info Collaborative document creation platform in evaluation (svn, RedMine, FusionForge, Amphi Wikispaces, etc.)

Development plans The target is to make the portal more attracting, captivating and collaborative One challenge is to serve the different target groups and (yet) provide own stories Another challenge is to provide added value and sell the common forum to the programme participants Avoid competition with project sites Engage the critical mass of persons to make it dynamic, interesting and relevant Build the positive synergy through the commons instead of windowing the challenges faced within the programme Provide missing elements, useful tools for programme interaction -> always a compromise!

T2.2 Methodologies, Tools Mailing lists, document repository, portal, virtual meeting tools in use Agile was introduced by CONCORD as a Way of Working Appropriate tool was searched -> FusionForge by FI-WARE selected Architecture Board uses Agile in Recording questions Recording requests Maintaining FI-WARE backlog: Listing , prioritizing, assigning Monitoring the development process It is studied whether the FusionForge adds value to Steering Board work as well, or some other collaborative platform would be more practical CONCORD is ready to offer management tools and practices (e.g. flock/cloud management, etc.) upon programme requests and decisions
