New tracking system for flex approval and flex completion
Flex activities to be completed by June 30th – committee would like to have reports by May 15th

According to the Chancellor’s guidelines – flex calendar is to be planned a year in advance
Will help faculty to plan for upcoming year
Currently working on form to distribute after May 15th deadline to avoid confusion for this academic year
