Merge fields create simple template for as below
For all members tick Active and Honorary Members.
Contact groups are those people who are not necessarily club members, but receive the bulletin.
Type here and send

21. Creating an email to individual members
Click on the plus sign next to Active and Honorary Members to give you a drop down list

22. Tick the recipients you want then press
DONE at the bottom of the page
Click on expand list to give you the list on the right hand side.
