Literacy
This week we are reading the original version of “Frosty the Snowman” before we go to see “Frosty!” at SKyPAC on Wednesday. We will also go over theatre etiquette before we attend the production. I can’t wait and I know the kids can’t either! When we return, we will spend the rest of the week comparing and contrasting the book and the play and producing a persuasive letter to convince a friend to either read the book or go to the play.

Science
This week we will combine our knowledge of forms of water with something new! We will be discussing four different landforms (mountain, hill, valley, and plain) For the most part, this should be a brief review. We will then create a map of the state of Kentucky to show where various forms of water and various landforms can be found. 
