3 Short introduction to the Lean Landing program
The Lean Landing program is a co-operation between 6 North Sea Countries and Micro SMEs, business incubators, knowledge institutions and public business development funders in each country. The program will be offered to 250 SMEs (mainly micro SMEs) with internationalization potential residing in the participating incubators and will have as its purpose to create profit-enhancing knowledge partnerships between the SMEs in the 6 countries, as well as between SMEs and knowledge and business development institutions. This will be done by exchanging the SMEs between the incubators and introducing them to potential foreign partners and markets in the NSR. The SMEs will get customer and partner feedback and through this dialogue develop their offerings on the foreign market.

6 Pamphlet of interest for potential project participants/SMEs
Marketing Materials and project partners responsibilities NSR Level: NSR webpage communicating project content, status and results launched. Will be updated with news and status quarterly by Danish project management from lead partner Væksthus Sjælland: Soft landing program brochure prepared by Danish project management and distributed to all partners Power point presentation presenting the program for SMEs/potential customers Pamphlet of interest for potential project participants/SMEs Local Level: Local news letters to potential customers distributed quarterly with news and content from NSR webpage and local project developments – prepared by local partners – also distributed through network and joint ventures Local information events (recruiting SMEs/customers) - see slide 7 Local webpage or social media platform (facebook, LinkedIn) – local partners update with program content, news, ads and invites for local information events (regularly) Local partner is responsible for reporting and giving feedback from local project developments to Danish project management twice a year or more (by filling in the project report prepared by Danish project management)

7 Information events at local incubator
The local partners host information events at the local incubator for potential participating SMEs. This should be done twice a year or more. The host introduces the SMEs to the program (serving drinks and snacks). After the presentation, the SMEs have to fill in a form which asks about the SME’s interest in and expectations to the program. If the SME is selected for a first screening then it will be contacted afterwards. The information event can be marketed through social media (facebook, LinkedIn), news letters, local network and business organizations.
