2. Open
The PICO front panel can be accessed from either the side service panel (on, off, rheostat)
Remove the front template panel by peeling back corners of template and removing screws (for all components)

3. Removing potentiostat (side panel)
Remove potentiostat knob
Loosen screw
Pull knob off
Remove retaining nut
Remove by pulling back into the machine (long needle nose pliers can help)

4. Poteniostat connections
Note the connections are on terminals 1,3 and 5
Verify that the connectors are tight
Recommended to apply silicon over the connectors to help hold in place and to prevent shorting to other terminals

5. On Button connections

7. LED display To remove or replace the LED board
Front panel template and plate needs to be removed

8. LED display connections
Single wire goes to power supply
Double wire goes to 24 volt switches (note the terminal connection for each wire – one has long red lines)
