1 i-Direct System Presentation
The end customer presentation has been put together in three major sections. Those sections include: About iDirect & the value we bring to the table iDirect Products How to do Business with iDirect First, we want to establish our value and customer interest. Once customer understands our value and is interested, we move on to tell our story starting with the Decade of Innovation slide. We then define for the customer who we are, who our partners are, our presence in the market, We then go into Technological Superiority and how iDirect has solved for those issues. In this slide, you will have access to hyperlinks that bring you to slides that provide more in-depth information. It is at this point, you may want to have an SE go through how iDirect has solved for these issues. Again, we go through our benefits and gauge customer interests. If customer is not interested. Time to go! The following slides go into enterprise applications, remote configuration, application (I.e., VoIP, WiFi, Video) and then reitterates our value If customer shows interest, move to product slides. Again for How to do business with iDirect

2 Who is iDirect Technologies?
iDirect Technologies is a Leading High-Technology Company Producing Innovative IP-Based Wireless Products Enabler Of Fast, Easy And Efficient Broadband IP Anywhere Developers Of the Only Satellite Technology Built From The Ground up to Support Standards based IP and Ethernet Experts In Real-time And Non Real-time Enterprise Applications In A Shared IP Environment Company Culture Focused On Customer Responsiveness, Corporate Integrity And Technical Innovation Key Points: Optimized for IP. Enterprises need extension to their corporate terrestrial network, with little or no degradation in application performance. Technical Innovations like TCP/HTTP Acceleration, Application QoS, Uplink Power Control make it viable for enterprises.

3 The iDirect Difference
Enterprise Class IP Application Support Application QoS, System QoS Highest Return Rate (Up to 4.2 Mbps) Integrated Security (3DES/AES) Real-time Traffic Management (VoIP, Video) Unparalleled Configuration Flexibility Access Multiple Satellites from Single Hub Real Private Networks Five Function Remote Most Efficient Use of Transponder Capacity Save 30-50% Space Segment Turbo Product Codes and Adaptive Inbounds iDirect Deterministic TDMA Lowest Total Cost of Ownership Reduction in space capacity cost (IP bit/Hertz) Low Capital Entry Cost                                      iDirect’s Focus has been on Applications. If applications do not work, nothing else matters. NO’s can provide application support needed by enterprises, without having to compromise on cost or efficiency.

5 Market Presence i D I R E C T
iDirect Technologies Fills The Gap Between Narrowband VSAT and Dedicated SCPC i D I R E C T Market Type 16K – 128K Service Transaction Narrowband/Legacy Slotted Aloha Narrow Band 64K – 8.0Mb Enterprise Applications Broadband IP Private Shared D-TDMA Broadband 1Mb – 45Mb Telco/Video Broadcast Dedicated Dedicated SCPC SCPC Access Method Topology Functions Retail and POS customers are moving up in broadband requirements, with new applications like video, surveillance, kiosks, etc. SCPC customers are looking for newer technologies that can let them use space segment more efficiently. SCPC customers traditionally have a need for guaranteed bandwidth, but have to design for peak traffic. With iDirect guaranteed services, they can get min. CIR and burstable beyond typical SCPC solution. Additional benefit, is all-in-one functionality of the iDirect Solution Return Data Rates
