Centene’s Broker Online Self Service Tool User Guide

Before You Begin When contracting, there are a few things you will need to obtain before you begin contracting with Allwell. How will you be contracting? Need to know before you begin, Individual or Business Entity. Items you will need before you begin: Health Insurance License Number (Individual or Business Entity) National Producer Number (NPN) (Individual or Business Entity) All Banking Information *Please Note* This process of contracting should take from start to finish approximately 8-12 minutes. You MUST complete in one sitting.

Helpful Tips for Contracting
When contracting here at Allwell there are a few things we would like for you to keep in mind. Helpful Reminders: To Navigate through tabs, use the Next button found at the bottom of each tab in bottom left corner. Contracting Tabs- Typically a total of 6 tabs, If no Direct Deposit tab or W-9 tab, it is okay. It is just how your Upline has contracted with Allwell. Just complete the tabs you see. Contract Tab- Complete all signature fields the same throughout Licensing and Recruitment Tab- Do Not enter the (-) between the TIN number. Please enter your TIN as NOT W9- Name populates in Line 1, also plug same name in line 2. If both populate then perfect! DO NOT hit Submit until all tabs are completed.

Registration All fields are required fields
Create a “Login Name”, we recommend using your Broker’s address. Create a password and then enter it again in the “Confirm” field. Security Check can only be processed once section 1 and 2 are complete. Retain Contracting link for future Log In or additional requests. For returning Brokers, click on “login here” at the top of the box and enter their login info (see slide 10).

Registration Continued
Once you click “Submit”, you will see the following message:

Confirm Registration You will receive an asking you to Confirm your account & . Select “clicking here” to prompt you to a web browser to Confirm your . (See next page)

Confirm Registered Account
Once prompted to web browser, then hit confirm at bottom of page, to confirm the information filled in for your account is correct. Once Confirm is clicked you will then receive another .

Account Confirmation You will then receive another containing your login and password information. Select “Login” and you will then be directed to a login website.

Log In Page Enter: Login Name Enter: Password Domain: HLTH
Click on “Submit’

Onboarding Once brought to the home screen after logging on.
Select the ‘New Request’ drop down menu Select the ‘Broker Onboarding (Centene)’ option

The Contract Select the check box by ‘I Agree’ to electronically sign the document. Scroll through the Contract and complete ALL applicable fields If something missed, a RED error will appear on the corresponding tab. (see next slide)

The Licensing and Recruitment Form
Select the ‘The Licensing and Recruitment Form’ tab and fill in the applicable fields on the form Red error message, means go back to tab and find what you missed and complete. Tab 1 Incomplete will not go away until this tab is completed. *Reminder posted on Page 3* Do Not enter the (-) between the TIN number. Please enter your TIN as NOT

Make sure that you hit SAVE after you plug in your license information before proceeding to the next tab. Only select states in which you would like to sell. Note* You must have a current license in those states to be certified to sell MA/MAPD plans.

Direct Deposit Select the ‘Direct Deposit’ tab and review ensuring information pulled is correct. Plug in the new direct deposit information found at the bottom of this page, and sign. Helpful Hint, Have all banking information gathered prior to beginning.

W-9 Select the ‘W-9’ tab and review all information pulled is correct.
You will need to remember to make sure you fill out box 3. As well as sign the W9 under the red highlighted signature page *Reminder posted on Page 3* Name populates in Line 1, also plug same name in line 2. If both populate then perfect!

E & O The Broker must attest that they have the required level of Errors & Omissions coverage in place If the answer is no, the contract will be pended until such time the Broker can attest “Yes” After 30 days of pend, the application will be closed

Submission Click the Submit Button found at the bottom of the page after all applicable forms have been reviewed and completed. You will know when all form are completed once the you no longer see the Incomplete next to the tabs. Once you have submitted you will get the following message stating, the below.

This system is designed to be a self-service tool, meaning that if the Broker is needing to make changes to their account I.E. address updates, phone number, , etc. it can all be completed via their workflow account.
