YWCA: Learn Links enrichment program for homeless children IOIC*: set up robot program and provide tour guides Washington County Tech Wizards: reaches 450 students Supported Intel ISEF** efforts Intel Volunteer SOLV Projects Created Investment Study Group Affiliated with NAIC (National Association of Investors Corp.) 11 members Uses a software developed for NAIC called Toolkit 5 to evaluate various companies We "buy" stocks for our "Mock Stock Portfolio" Novices could form a club and be successful. 11/17/2018 *Intel Oregon Information Center **Intel Science and Engineering Fair

Q1 - Redefine our organization as more than a volunteer group Q1/2 - Increase value of the Retiree group to Intel - Present the Organization to the other sites Q2 - Increase value of the Retiree group to Retirees - Redesign retiree website Q2/3 - Increase Volunteer support and volunteer opportunities Re-define ourselves as more than a volunteer organization Change our name Better internal (Intel) and external (retiree) communication Increase retiree participation by broadening the scope of the group and build a process to engage retirees Increase the Retiree influence across Intel Present our program at 3 additional Intel locations Santa Clara Chandler Folsom Provide “copy exactly” processes and templates for other Intel sites Revise current retirement checklist and documents to clarify why and how to opt in to list and gain access to retiree website Re-Design web site for better efficiency to better serve retirees Promote the message that the retirees represent a huge advocacy and PR channel if there is a strong relationship Increase value of the Retiree group to Retirees More timely and better communication through web site and newsletter Re-design web site to better target issues of importance Explore and implement new programs Engage more retirees to serve as a Board Member Increase Volunteer support and volunteer opportunities now aligned with Intel Involved Q4 - Engage more retirees to serve as Board Members 11/17/2018
