Stormwater Management can be a regulatory hurdle to overcome or value added to the project
Need to spur demand by consumers and the public at large
Developers need to see that stormwater management can be a stormwater amenity – and pay dividends

The report, released at Urban Land Institute's 2017 Spring Meeting in Seattle, looks at how water management mechanisms using green infrastructure can create value for real estate projects by improving operational efficiency as well as serving as an attractive amenity
