OUR CHALLENGES We have recently undergone a “Scrum Transformation” for the entire department Many teams are in distributed locations making collaboration difficult Not everyone has embraced Scrum yet (blend of waterfall and Scrum) Traditional tools don't provide what we need to manage, track, and report product status effectively Scrum Masters spend a great deal of time on manual tracking and reporting
7
WE WILL PROVIDE YOU A project to develop a tool that many of our Scrum masters have asked for and our Scrum coach has been planning to develop Excellent communication throughout project Input and Collaboration with one of our Scrum Coaches Opportunity to come to our facility to meet stakeholders/end users, tour the manufacturing plant, see our work environment and participate in Scrum ceremonies for a day (this is not required) Dedicated single point of contact with opportunity to collaborate with others if you desire

Potentially Shippable
Scrum Overview Daily Scrum Meeting Review & Retrospective 1-4 weeks Sprint Planning Keep the backlog thin so we don’t waste time trying to define features that may not be needed per requirements uncertainty principle…review and retro key to determining if we are going in the right direction….amplify the techniques that move us the right way, attenuate activity moving us in the wrong direction Potentially Shippable Product Increment Product Backlog As prioritized by Product Owner Source: Adapted from Agile Software Development with Scrum by Ken Schwaber and Mike Beedle.
