We have recently undergone a “Scrum Transformation” for the entire department
Many teams are in distributed locations making collaboration difficult
Not everyone has embraced Scrum yet (blend of waterfall and Scrum)
Traditional tools don't provide what we need to manage, track, and report product status effectively
Scrum Masters spend a great deal of time on manual tracking and reporting
