Later after the civil war,lizzie at the age of 39 married Hezekiah Williams.
Lizzie Then continued her Job as a cow herder without Hezikiah.
Soon after lizzie died her son Benjamen F. Johnson operated the school until it closed in 1872.
After the civil war in 1861 she spotted a way to make money.
soon, Hezekiah died in El Paso In 1914.
Lizzie and her family founded an elementary school in named “The Johnson Institute”.
