2. INTERESTING FACTS ABOUT THE BLACK WIDOW
It is a very timid spider.It does not
Like to be touched or bothered.It
Is found in southern Saskatchewan,
Alberta, and B.C, and into Mexico..

3. THE SPIDERS HABITAT These spiders live in holes that badgers
And squirrels have abandoned.Sometimes
They live in wood piles and even in
Garages and unfinished basements.

4. THE SPIDERS FOOD The spiders like to eat different insects like
Cockroaches. They also like to eat beetles.

5. DESCRIPTION OF THE SPIDER
This spider is fairly large.It is a black spider
with a red time glass on its abdomen.
It lives in dark and shaded places.The young
spiders have pink markings on their
abdomens.Sometimes they keep that same
color into adulthood.
