Prelude for Worship Martha Short
3
Welcome Daniel Palmer
4
All Hail the Power Of Jesus’ Name
5
All hail the power of Jesus’ Name Let angels prostrate fall
Bring forth the royal diadem And crown Him Lord of All
6
Ye chosen seed of Israel’s race Ye ransomed from the fall
Hail Him who saves You by His grace And crown Him Lord of All
7
Let every kindred every tribe On this terrestrial ball
To Him all majesty ascribe And crown Him Lord of All
8
O that with yonder sacred throng We at His feet may fall
We’ll join the everlasting song And crown Him Lord of All
9
I Stand Amazed In the Presence
10
I stand amazed in the presence Of Jesus the Nazarene
And wonder how He could love me A sinner condemned unclean
11
How marvelous how wonderful And my song shall ever be
Is my Savior's love for me
12
For me it was in the garden He prayed not My will but Thine
He had no tears For His own griefs But sweat drops of blood for mine
13
How marvelous how wonderful And my song shall ever be
Is my Savior's love for me
14
He took my sins and my sorrows He made them His very own
He bore the burden to Calvary And suffered and died alone
15
How marvelous how wonderful And my song shall ever be
Is my Savior's love for me
16
When with the ransomed in glory His face I at last shall see
'Twill be my joy through the ages To sing of His love for me
17
How marvelous how wonderful And my song shall ever be
Is my Savior's love for me

MISSIONARY HIGHLIGHT: December 16
_________________________________________________ Victoria Koontz SOUTH ASIA We’re going to South Asia today to pray for a missionary who serves there—a missionary our church supports through the Cooperative Program. We’ll call her Victoria Koontz. Victoria tells about meeting a woman named Naomi. Now, Naomi had a hard life. She was born into a Muslim family and so was Muslim. She had a disfigured face and felt that nobody loved or accepted her for who she was. But one of her friends was a Christian and that friend told her the good news that God loves her and sent His Son to die that she might have eternal life. That same friend invited her to church. The Christians in the group welcomed her warmly. They accepted her. Later Naomi also became a follower of Jesus Christ. Folks, that ought to make us stand up and cheer! All over this planet our missionaries are seeing lives renewed as people learn the biblical truth that God loves them and has a plan for their lives. Today, let’s pray for Victoria. And let’s pray for Naomi, that she will become a faithful witness to her Muslim family and friends.

21
As the snow falls from heaven,
As it comes in swirling showers From the sky, So is my Word. As the rains bring the water to the earth that is thirsty and dry,
22
It shall not return empty: It will bless the earth wherever
And the Word of my mouth, It shall not return empty: It will bless the earth wherever It is heard. This is my Word.
23
As the rain brings renewal And the tender buds begin To come alive,
So is my Word. Giving seed to the sower, And the bread to the hungry 'til they thrive,
24
It shall not return empty; It will bless the earth wherever
And the Word of my mouth, It shall not return empty; It will bless the earth wherever It is heard. This is my Word.
25
My God, help me be faithful to the Word You have given to proclaim.
O Lord, when I am weary, When I feel the days I'm living are in vain, My God, help me be faithful to the Word You have given to proclaim. Proclaim the Word, And you will go out in joy,
26
And be led forth in peace, And the hills will break
Before you into song. So be faithful, brave and true, For I will go before you, And when your earthly journey Here is done. I'll say well done, I'll say well done! I'll say well done, well done!
27
As the snow falls from heaven, And the rain comes in showers
From the sky, This is my Word.
29
WHO, WHERE, WHAT, WHY AND WHEN
30
Introduction When crafting a journalistic document or a promotional piece, several diagnostic questions help a person to capture all the important information.
31
What would those questions look like in the light of God’s word and the Christian life if you asked today about your life?
32
1. Who am I? (I Corinthians 11:1)
Imitate me, as I also imitate Christ.
34
Who are you at your core?
35
How do you want to be remembered?
36
2. Where do you fit? (Romans 12:4 & 5)
Now as we have many parts in one body, and all the parts do not have the same function, in the same way we who are many are one body in Christ and individually members of one another. Everyone has a place in the church.
37
If you are just sitting in the pew, shame on you
38
Don’t be a dipstick
39
3. What needs to change? (Isa. 6:1-8)
Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying: Who should I send? Who will go for Us? I said: Here I am. Send me.
40
Are you really open to change?
41
4. Why even consider the above points? (John 3:16)
“For God loved the world in this way: He gave His One and Only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life.
42
God loves you and has the best plan for your life
Jesus gave it all The least among us will be the greatest
43
5. When will you do this? (2 Cor. 6:2)
For He says: I heard you in an acceptable time, and I helped you in the day of salvation. Look, now is the acceptable time; now is the day of salvation.
44
Today is the day!
45
Conclusion It’s time to wake up from our sleep (Romans 13:11-14)
46
Romans 13:11-14 Besides this, knowing the time, it is already the hour for you to wake up from sleep, for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. The night is nearly over, and the daylight is near, so let us discard the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light. Let us walk with decency, as in the daylight: not in carousing and drunkenness; not in sexual impurity and promiscuity; not in quarreling and jealousy. But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no plans to satisfy the fleshly desires.
48
Jesus Paid It All
49
“Thy strength indeed is small Child of weakness, watch and pray
I hear the Savior say “Thy strength indeed is small Child of weakness, watch and pray Find in Me thine all in all”
50
Sin had left a crimson stain He washed it white as snow
Jesus paid it all All to Him I owe Sin had left a crimson stain He washed it white as snow
51
Thy power, and Thine alone Can change the leper’s spots
Lord, now indeed I find Thy power, and Thine alone Can change the leper’s spots And melt the heart of stone
52
Sin had left a crimson stain He washed it white as snow
Jesus paid it all All to Him I owe Sin had left a crimson stain He washed it white as snow
53
Whereby Thy grace to claim I’ll wash my garments white
For nothing good have I Whereby Thy grace to claim I’ll wash my garments white In the blood of Calvary’s Lamb
54
Sin had left a crimson stain He washed it white as snow
Jesus paid it all All to Him I owe Sin had left a crimson stain He washed it white as snow
55
And when, before the throne I stand in him complete
“Jesus died my soul to save!” My lips shall still repeat
56
Sin had left a crimson stain He washed it white as snow
Jesus paid it all All to Him I owe Sin had left a crimson stain He washed it white as snow

The Lion and The Lamb
61
He's coming on the clouds Kings and kingdoms will bow down
Every chain will break As broken hearts declare His praise For who can stop the Lord Almighty
62
And fighting our battles Every knee will bow before Him
Our God is a lion The Lion of Judah He's roaring with power And fighting our battles Every knee will bow before Him
63
For the sins of the world His blood breaks the chains
Our God is a lamb The lamb that was slain For the sins of the world His blood breaks the chains Every knee will bow before the lion and the lamb Every knee will bow before him
64
Make way before the King of Kings The God who comes to save
Open up the gates Make way before the King of Kings The God who comes to save Is here to set the captives free For who can stop the Lord Almighty
65
Who can stop the Lord Almighty

77
Loving the world - hating the dark

78
The mountains shake before You At the mention of Your name
The demons run and flee At the mention of Your name King of majesty
79
There is no power in hell And the Presence of the Great I Am
Or any who can stand Before the power And the Presence of the Great I Am The Great I Am
