2. Insert wet floral foam in a 4 inch liner and secure with pot tape.
With scissors trim a half inch off the top of the liner to shorten the size.
Cut floral foam to fit
inside and secure
with a strip of pot
tape over the top of
foam.

3. Cut and insert carnations around outer edge.
You will need 6 carnations to cover the outer edge.
It's best to angle the flowers when you insert them.

4. Finish by adding 3 carnations in the center to form the top part of the cupcake.
The center flower should be longer to form the rounded shape.

5. Add cupcake liner
Cut out template for cupcake liner and attach with a couple glue dots.

6. Adding Accents Colored pearl pins have been added to create the look
of sprinkles on the
cupcake.

7. Birthday Accents Attach a candle to a wired wood pick,
tape and insert into
the center for a
birthday gift.
