We add Safety to components and parts
Introduction EddySonix designs, manufactures and supplies products and solutions for non- destructive testing (NDT) of critical components and materials. We provide innovative systems for checking the hardness, material, crack and mechanical properties of components based on electromagnetic and vibration sonic testing. We add Safety to components and parts
3
Mission EddySonix team is committed to delivering best-quality solutions to customer needs, and is driven by professionalism, integrity, and passion. We are committed to End-user Safety NDT Ethics and promoting NDT Culture Continuous Innovation and Learning We are Corporate Partner of ASNT, American Society for Nondestructive Testing We are Organization Member of ASTM, American Society for Testing and Materials
4
Problems of Traditional Methods
Traditional NDT methods: Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic Particle, Eddy Current Probe, X-Ray Slow, Not applicable for mass production Difficult to interpret the results, Need experienced operators Complex or small parts cannot be tested Surface preparation and conditioning required Process or raw material variations affects the results
5
Our Solutions We incorporate state-of-the-art technology and advanced algorithms, Integrate Acoustic Resonant and Eddy Current techniques, to provide our customers with the best and tailored solutions. Accurate: Process and raw material lot-to-lot variations is modeled and compensated Rapid: No surface preparation, No operator fatigue, No need to interpret the results Whole volume test Best for complex structures Best for mass production Single test detects numerous defects

Peugeot Driveline Test
Technology & Product EddySonix® Eddy Current Scanner EC Scanner installed in 4 plants for testing Driveline, Torsion Bar, Camshaft - Since 2014 EC Fixed-Coil installed in more than 40 plants for testing components of Axle, Brake, Transmission - Since 2000 Our customer testimonial: This original machine is a “must-be” tool for our induction lines. We test 100% of our parts; additionally, it gives us rapid feedback to monitor and tune the parameters of our production line. The reports are easy to interpret and relate it to defect type and location. The “dynamic curves” provide insightful information about the hardening and heat treatment process, while the traditional static eddy current testing or destructive testing cannot give us this information.
